Save for Later

Why do the Ten Commandments still matter in an age that claims to have moved beyond them? In this powerful series, Dr. Michael Youssef proclaims that God’s Law is not a relic of the past but a living revelation of His holy character. From idolatry and dishonoring God’s Name to anger, adultery, stealing, lying, and covetousness, each commandment exposes the sin that resides in the human heart. Yet the Law also points us to our only hope—Jesus Christ, the divine Son of God, who fulfilled the Law and offers forgiveness to all who repent and believe. Through Biblical teaching and urgent application, this series calls believers to renewed obedience, deeper holiness, and bold witness in a culture that rejects God’s Truth.

The Ten Commandments (Part 9)

Stealing From a Rich God

In this forceful message, Dr. Michael Youssef shows that the eighth commandment reaches far beyond robbery and exposes every form of stealing, including robbing God through distrustful hearts. Malachi 3 makes clear that the issue is not money first, but worship. The unchanging God calls His people to repentance, surrender, and faithful stewardship. When believers withhold what belongs to the Lord, they reveal fear, self-reliance, and unbelief. But when they trust Him, they testify that He is faithful, sovereign, and worthy. This episode presses the larger burden of the series: God’s commands are not harsh demands, but holy Truth meant to draw His people into obedience, blessing, and deeper confidence in Him.
